Major refurbishment and conversion works to the former Bath Road Studios into offices, hot desk spaces, cafe and gym. The existing building was in generally poor condition, comprising of lots of offices, studios, dead space, unused corridors and empty plant and storage rooms. Internal strip out, reconfiguration and decoration of the existing four storeys, external works and a planned additional storey has expanded and maximised the commercial potential of the site. The phased works has allowed tenants to occupy the new spaces while the levels above are completed. Alongside the internal office space works, a complete overhaul of the buildings’ facades, common parts and main reception area has been completed to re-brand the building as part of a long term investment to improve the entire building. New offices with incorporated high performance LED lighting panels, screed floors and exposed galvanised fixtures and fittings echo the industrial character of the building. On-going phased works.
