The master plan for this site involved the demolition of existing sports pavilion and reconfiguration of traffic in and out of the site with a new car parking area. A new larger, 2 storey sports pavilion was constructed in place of the existing, with increased parking spaces and ambulant accessibility. The new pavilion includes a large catering and events space to the first floor with a large terrace overlooking the first team sports pitches, while the downstairs utilises the increased space to form 'clean' and 'dirty' entrances and exits to the changing rooms, keeping up the appearance of the building and improving ease of cleaning for the maintenance team.
